This is the car that I almost lost in the Sacramento river and possibly also my life. I had launched my boat on the city ramp but did not know the tide was out and my back wheels slipped off the concrete and into the mud - it started slipping back into the river and soon my back seat was under water - had to keep the engine running or the water would be sucked up into it and ruin it - after an hour or more of effort the onlookers got me back onto the concrete and the ordeal was over- as the car was full of water I soon traded it in.
