Helen and I used to belong to the Good Sam club (good samaritans) and this club donated money
to the "dogs for the deaf" We got a load of aluminum cans at Ponca Park and sold these for $100.00 which went to the dogs for the deaf.

This is a photo of Mt McKinley the highest in the U. S. taken on my second trip
to Alaska.

When I retired 12/31/70 Helen had 2 months yet so we rented an apt near
Sears and while waiting I made this rug which is 100% wool and is now
on my garage wall. I am sure everyone has seen it. Gpa

This is a photo taken in Munich, Germany - he was a Catholic Bishop
formerly stationed in Ponca and we ran into him there. It's
a small world.
For those who have never seen a photo of my brother Dave
this is one taken about 1939. He died at 13. I was there watchinng
him go with a smile on his face. When I think of it the tears flow.

is me finishing our basement n
Ponca. All these photos I am
putting on blogs are slides. My
scanner can handle slides and
negatives.
Our home in Bountiful - I had dozens of vareties of Iris, lots of roses. I finished the
basement with a fireplace and knotty pine wood.
